Examinotion provides practice exam materials for Microsoft AI certification examinations, including but not limited to AB-730 (AI Business Professional) and AB-731 (AI Transformation Leader). Our services include:

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
You are responsible for all activities under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
One account per person; account sharing is prohibited

4. Payments and Refunds

4.1 Pricing

Prices for our services are displayed on our website in British Pounds (GBP). We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect existing purchases.

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

4.3 Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy for Pro purchases. To request a refund, please contact us. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

5. Access and Licence

5.1 Free Tier

The free tier provides limited access to practice questions (10 questions per exam) and is available indefinitely for registered users.

5.2 Pro Access

Pro access provides lifetime access to all practice questions for the purchased exam, including future updates and additions to the question bank.

5.3 Licence Restrictions

Your licence grants you the right to:

Access practice questions for personal exam preparation
Track your progress and review your answers

You may NOT:

Share, distribute, or resell our content
Copy, reproduce, or publish our questions
Use automated tools to scrape or download content
Share your account with others

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Examinotion, including practice questions, explanations, study guides, and website design, is the intellectual property of Examinotion and is protected by copyright laws.

Microsoft, Microsoft 365, Copilot, and related trademarks are the property of Microsoft Corporation. Examinotion is not affiliated with Microsoft.

7. Prohibited Conduct

When using our services, you agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
Interfere with the operation of our services
Post or share inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
Use the service for any commercial purpose without permission

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

You will pass your certification exam
Our questions will appear on the actual exam
The service will be uninterrupted or error-free

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Examinotion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
